Sent four notices out to SavOn pharmacy, the Oregon Board of Pharmacy and the Prescription Drug Monitoring Program today. They showed multiple controlled substance medications failed to be reported to the PDMP as REQUIRED by state law within 3 DAYS. Four prescriptions were filled 28 DAYS ago and NOT reported. Four other prescriptions were filled 56 DAYS ago and still NOT reported. Pony Express was faster than these incompetent dilettantes who have internet! What does it take to get colluding bureaucrats to DO their job? It’s high time to fine SavOn for their REPEATED VIOLATIONS OF STATE LAW!
